Mission & Vision
After over 10 years working as a somatic psychotherapist in the UK, I decided that true transformation happens in real life, together in community and in connection with nature and the elements.
After deeper study into shamanic lineages, yoga teaching, and somatic practices, I left the UK in 2023 and relocated to Mexico. Now i host retreats for women all around the world with the intention of supporting women to become sovereign, remember their soft, feminine power and that they are not alone in this world.
Each retreat that I lovingly curate is luxurious, deeply immersed in nature and contains a highly skilled blend of practices from somatics, to deep spiritual, ancestral & energetic practices that aim at bringing the soul of each woman deeper online.
