About Uma ma love

Mission & Vision

Uma Ma Love exists to create small, seasonal retreats where women can slow down and return to a rhythm shaped by the body, the land, and the time of year. It was born from a shared desire to offer spaces that feel intimate, grounded, and human, rather than performative or program-driven.

As a collaboration, Uma Ma Love brings together Kundalini yoga and sound work with herbal nourishment and land-based practices rooted in seasonal living. These practices support both movement and rest, activation and integration, held in real homes and real landscapes. Sacred pilgrimages are woven in as intentional walks through land and history, inviting presence and reflection.
