Mission & Vision
Sintonía exists to support participants in deep connection with their bodies, the natural world, and their creative life force. Through embodied practices, somatic exploration, philosophical inquiry, art therapy, and elemental immersion, the retreat fosters presence, awareness, and authentic creative expression. Its aim is to slow down habitual rhythms and cultivate a dialog between inner and outer experience, tuning the self to life’s organic flow and renewing one’s connection to self, others, and the Earth.
