Founded by Phil and Agnieszka, our retreats combine yoga, healing practices, relaxation, and travel to support physical wellbeing, mental clarity, and meaningful connection.

Directions
the best way to get to Relais Regina Giovanna is to fly to Naples Airport ( NAP),
from the airport are many options to travel fever:
- by taxi aprox. 90 min
- by bus to Sorrento, departs from outside the airport arrivals terminal. Then local bus or taxi from the Sorrento town centre, then taxi or bus to the location ( 10 min)
- by train, take a taxi or bus to Naples Centrale station, then take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento, then taxi or bus to the location( 10 min)
- by ferry, take a taxi or bus to Molo Beverallo port and take 45 min ferry to Sorrento, then taxi or hbus to the Relais Regina Giovanna( 10 min)
