In our daily lives, I realized that women often feel disconnected from their softness, tense in their nervous system, guilty when resting, spiritually hungry but unsupported and longing for depth in a world of performance (I was there too!). We all crave sisterhood but are unsure where to find it.
This shows up in our lives as:
Overworking or overgiving
Difficulty receiving love or support
Feeling emotionally guarded, not safe to express emotions
Living in our mind instead of the body
Suppressing intuition in favor of productivity
A subtle sense of loneliness, even when surrounded by people

The nearest international airport is Faro Airport (FAO), which is approximately one hour away from our retreat venue at One Life Lodge near Burgau.
Getting to the venue:
Shared or Private Transfer: We can help you arrange a reliable transfer directly to the lodge (prices range from €8 for a shared shuttle to €60 for a private car).
Car Rental: If you wish to explore the Algarve more freely, all major car rental companies are available at Faro Airport.
Train/Bus: You can take a train or bus from Faro to Lagos, followed by a short 15-minute taxi/Uber to the villa.
Detailed arrival instructions and a list of recommended transport providers will be shared with you once your booking is confirmed.
