Our retreat exists to create space for people to reconnect with their bodies, slow down, and return to themselves. In the midst of busy lives and constant demands, we believe intentional time away—centered around movement, nourishment, and community—can be deeply restorative. Through Pilates and mindful wellness practices, we aim to support participants in building strength, balance, and a renewed sense of vitality. Our retreats are designed not only as an escape, but as an opportunity to reset, recharge, and carry a deeper sense of wellbeing back into everyday life.

Directions
Amansala is located on the beach road in the Hotel Zone of Tulum, Mexico, approximately 122 km (75-minute drive) south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Airport pick-up/drop-off shuttle will be organized for you.
