About Get Calm
Get Calm
Mission & Vision
Get Calm Lavender Farm exists to bridge the gap between high-stress modern living and the restorative rhythms of the land. Founded by a holistic guide, we provide an immersive reset to re-centre you and your nervous system. Our mission is to facilitate somatic healing through agricultural immersion—where the scent of lavender, the vibration of tuning forks, and the movement of the body work in unison to regulate the nervous system. We believe that true wellness isn't just a pose; it’s a return to our human essence, hosted on a 111-acre sanctuary dedicated to peace, stewardship, and the breaking of generational cycles.

Venue & Amenities
Located on 111 acres of pristine agricultural land in the Kawarthas, our venue is a working artisan lavender farm. Facilities include a rustic-chic communal outdoor kitchen, a clean-air outdoor washroom, and a riverside sanctuary. The land features rolling meadows and managed forests designed for deep somatic exploration. We prioritize a "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic that blends the rugged beauty of a heritage farm with the refined touches of a premier wellness center.
