This work exists because I chose to fully meet myself.
Over the past 15 years, including 7 years living in Costa Rica... I’ve committed to my own healing, truths, and evolution. Living close to nature deepened my intuition and taught me how to listen beyond the noise, beyond conditioning, and beyond what I was told I should be.
I’m an intuitive. I trust what I hear, feel, see and know... AND that’s how I lead.
This work is about learning to live in that same relationship with yourself. To move between your humanity and your spirit without disconnecting from either. To stop abandoning your inner knowing and actually follow it.
These retreats are created through guidance, not formulas. The locations, including Sicily, are part of the work... chosen because they hold something specific.

Nearest International Airport:
Catania-Fontanarossa Airport (CTA) – approximately 1 hour by car to the retreat property. Direct flights are available from JFK, Newark, and other major US cities.
Alternative Airports & Connections:
You may also fly into major Italian airports such as Rome (FCO), Milan (MXP), Venice (VCE), or Bologna (BLQ), then connect to a short domestic flight to Catania with carriers like ITA Airways or Ryanair.
Transportation Tips:
Airport pick-up is available for all guests arriving by May 30 (pre-retreat).
For flexibility, guests may choose to rent a car at CTA — perfect for exploring Sicily before or after the retreat.
Pre-retreat Standard:
Arrive on or before May 30 to ensure ease of travel and time to rest before the retreat begins on May 31, 2026 at 10AM

I provide personalized guidance for travel planning, including domestic flights, car rentals, and connecting transport. Working with our recommended travel consultant, Jenn at Fork Leaf Travel, makes the process simple and stress-free.
Whether you prefer to be chauffeured, drive yourself, or explore a bit on the way, every guest arrives safely, rested, and ready to immerse in the retreat experience.
