The food is delicious, abundant, and wholesome. It's vegetarian and vegan, Ayurvedic-based, mainly organic and gluten-free and we will often eat out on the sunny deck overlooking the lake.

The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Västerås. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport. Then take a train to Skinnskatteberg.
Coming by train and bus:
Skinnskatteberg train station is only 5 minutes ride from Shambala. We offer a free pick up service for retreat arrivals from 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm. For train and bus times, visit www.sj.se. Let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
