This 4 night retreat is in an exclusive private
home, Villa Can Magdale, situated in the
peace and quiet of the north of the island. It
has a pool and beautiful gardens that create
the perfect opportunity for privacy and
relaxation. There will be 2 hours of yoga
daily, starting with 30 mins of pranayama
and meditation outside in the fresh air,
followed by 90 mins of guided yoga postures
Pilates is also offered alongside restorative
yoga in the evenings. Massage is also
available at the house and there is time to
explore the island. Car Hire is advisable if
you want to get about.
Classes will be taught by Opale
(www.yogapilatesibiza.com) who has many
years of experience in many types of yoga
including Iyengar Yoga, Astanga Vinyasa
Yoga and Vinyasa Flow (Power Yoga) and
also Pilates.

Villa Can Magdale has very extensive lush gardens allowing clients to fully emerge themselves in nature and relax with a beautiful pool to have a dip in. We also have a fully equipped gym and table tennis and forests all around to take yourself off for a solo walk. We are not near any main road and the house is accessed by a long dirt track.

Directions
You fly to Ibiza airport (there is only one airport) and from there Villa Can Magdale is about a 25 min drive in a taxi. If clients would like to look around the island during their stay we recommend hiring a car as the house is very rural
