Directions
Located 2.7 kilometers from San Juanillo and 17 kilometers from Nosara, traveling to Alya can be achieved by flying into Liberia International Airport, which is approximately two hours away or through San Jose, which is four hours away. Shuttles, taxis and car rentals are readily available.

Rainbow Body Yoga offers transformational life changing yoga teacher training retreats. We believe that connecting with the natural world is vital to a yoga practice and create retreats based around Nature. We believe through activating the Rainbow Body - a state of pure awareness where all colors of vibration are present as a whole - we can assist in changing the world to a state of love. We hope to inspire students to bring these profound teachings to the world in this greater way. Our retreats focus on yoga, herbalism, reiki, tarot, and other forms of energy healing. We hope to inspire students to know themselves deeply and awaken to a magical reality. This magic lives within all of life we just need the tools to access it.
