About Trish Corley and Yoga Anatomy School

Mission & Vision

Yoga Anatomy School exists to train yoga teachers with the anatomical expertise, systematic teaching methods, and personal transformation needed to lead with genuine confidence.
Founded by Dr. Trish Corley, Doctor of Physical Therapy and E-RYT 500, our trainings combine evidence-based movement science with yoga's history, philosophy, and transformational power.
Yoga teachers deserve more than memorized scripts. They deserve to understand how the body actually works, learn systematic frameworks they can rely on, and develop their authentic teaching voice through real practice and real-time feedback.
Whether teaching professionally or for personal transformation, our graduates leave ready to lead.
