About Yoga4Sobriety

Mission & Vision

Yoga4Sobriety™ exists to offer grounded, body-based support for individuals in recovery through the integration of yoga, meditation, chakra wisdom, and Twelve Step principles. Since 2013, founder Gwen Rebbeck has guided students, teachers, and recovery communities in practices that support emotional balance, self-awareness, spiritual connection, and embodied living. Our retreats and trainings are designed to create meaningful experiences that blend education, movement, reflection, and community support in a compassionate and welcoming environment. We believe recovery is not only something to think about, but something that can be practiced and embodied one practice, one step, and one moment at a time.
