Mission & Vision
AMA INSIGHT exists because ceremony alone doesn't create lasting change. Most retreats end when the peak experience ends — we start there. Founded by a physician who bridges clinical medicine and ancestral practice, our mission is to give people a real system for nervous-system regulation: honest medical screening, ceremonial work held with clinical safety, and a personalized protocol with up to a year of follow-through. We don't sell transformation as an event. We build it as infrastructure — one that keeps working long after you've left the mountain.

Directions
The nearest airports are Oaxaca City (OAX), Puerto Escondido (PXM), and Huatulco (HUX) — each approximately 3 to 3.5 hours by road from La Cuna. Airport transfer is included: we pick up guests directly at arrival and transfer them to the venue. Guests arriving independently by car, bus, or taxi should head to San Mateo Río Hondo; we meet you at the town center for the final transfer, as the last stretch isn't recommended without local guidance.
