Mission & Vision
Amayas Ecuador exists to offer authentic Amazonian healing in a safe, personal, and respectful environment. Our retreats are guided by Don Luis Andi, an experienced Indigenous Kichwa shaman with around 60 years of practice. We work only with small groups so that every participant receives individual attention, preparation, support during the ceremonies, and space for integration. Our intention is not to provide a tourist experience, but to preserve traditional practices and create a meaningful environment for personal healing, reflection, and transformation.

Our Amayas ayahuasca center is located near the village of Cotundo in the Napo Province of Ecuador (map). It is situated in a peaceful and quiet setting on the edge of the Amazon rainforest, directly on the banks of the Misahuallí River. It offers the perfect balance between immersion in nature and easy access to civilization, with the nearest town only a 30-minute drive away.

Directions
The nearest international airport is Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito (UIO). Group transportation from a designated meeting point near the airport to our retreat center is included, as is the return transfer after the retreat. The journey to Cotundo takes approximately 3 hours. Detailed pickup information and the exact meeting point will be provided before arrival.
