Breathe from the Heart was founded in 2020 to bring together people who are open to seeing meditation as a way of healing the heart rather than a way of controlling the mind. When we consciously breathe from the heart space, the energy inside our body shifts and allows us to access our higher, kinder, and wiser self. By providing an integrated MindBodyHeart approach to well-being through a balance of both stillness and movement, we offer a pathway for people who want to live from a place of greater centeredness, elevated energy, and powerful presence.
