Across the huge mountainous property, we offer you back the beauty and tranquility of the environment. Our preserved room-houses are well-equipped with wood-burning stove/fireplace and situated inside our medieval settlement. We also offer private seating areas for each room for your rest and a small open-air amphtheatre for our group gatherings.

Directions

Fly to Chania International Airport, Greece. The Milia Mountain Retreat will provide one transfer back and forth for all visitors (same date, same time) from the city of Chania (not from the airport). Guests are kindly asked to adjust their flight tickets if they wish to use the group transfer, or they can move independently by rented car to Milia, following the guidelines below. Keep in mind that Milia is located in the west Cretan mountains (alt. 510m), 30km from Elafonisi bay (40-minute drive), and 22km from Kissamos bay, in a remote site and the access road leads you to the last 2,5 kilometers over an earthen, lingering and mountainous road.
