Mission & Vision
We are Michael Nuss, Rachel Babaganov and Jonathan Krink – three experienced Wim Hof Instructors. Together we help people to free their live energy, be healthy and feel good in their lives and bodies. We do this in nature through simple methods. Our focus is on cold training, breath work and mindfulness practices. We also work with yoga and emotional awareness techniques and meditation. We provide tools to bring more clarity into your life’s path and create the life that you want for yourself.

We are staying at the beautiful Bid Well Villa in the wild mountains of southern Poland. This is right where Wim Hof himself comes to go into nature and do ice bathing. His house is only 5 minutes footwalk. We have a wonderful wood furbished seminar room for our indoor activities. The house offers a cosy community vibe.
