There aren’t really words that do justice to what I experienced here, but I’ll try. From the moment I arrived, there was a deep sense of safety and stillness — like the space itself had been woven with intention.

Set deep in beautiful nature, the surroundings held everything — silence, birdsong, and that grounding presence only wild places have. Yet it was all so thoughtfully comfortable too — every detail cared for, allowing you to truly rest and open.

What makes this place so special is that it isn’t a large operation but a true medicine family. A beautiful small group where everyone is seen, supported, and able to connect deeply — not just with the medicine, but with one another.

J. Rindos Aguas held the ceremonies with such calm strength and humility. Each was conducted with the utmost respect — guided with reverence, patience, and deep understanding. His presence carried both gravity and lightness — a reminder that healing isn’t about striving, it’s about surrendering.

And K. Terra-Muaì, the mother of the house, cared for us with the gentlest heart. The food she prepared wasn’t just nourishment; it was medicine in its own right. There’s a purity and warmth in her that words fall short of — you feel it the moment she looks at you.

A true transformation has taken place within me — gentle yet profound. I leave with a heart that feels quieter, a spirit that feels seen, and a gratitude that will stay with me always. When the time is right, I look forward to returning.

When I arrived at the beautiful sacred landscape and met the most welcoming hosts, I felt a sense of coming home; something I later realized was a feeling of returning home.

There are no words to fully express the love, care, guidance, integrity, and sense of safety I received from J. Rindos-Aguas and K. Terra Mai. This was my first experience with Ayahuasca, or any psychedelic, and I’m deeply grateful that it happened at Spirit Quest Retreat.

Before the retreat and ceremonies, we received clear information and guidance, and we also had the opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns at anytime. The integration sessions afterward were incredibly helpful and much needed.

We were also nourished by delicious food made with love, enjoyed daily walks with breathwork, and swam in serene lakes surrounded by lotus flowers.

I was also blessed to meet other beautiful souls and to receive so much love from fellow seekers and the sweetest pets.

I wholeheartedly recommend Spirit Quest Retreat, especially if it’s your first time. You will be in a safe space and in the most caring and trustworthy hands 🫶🏼🙏🏼.

The hosts were incredible. Welcoming, attentive and approachable.

They welcomed us and made us feel at home immediately. The land feels so calming energetic.

From the nutritious delicious fresh food, saunas, wild swimming, breathwork to the actual ceremonies were all welcoming.

The ceremonies were handled with immense respect.

Everything was explained in detail and we were looked after at each step.

I couldn't have asked for more. Lovley and carrying hosts, overall a beautiful and teaching experience with people that know what they are doing. I will visit this sacred place again and can fully recommend Spirit quest Retreats.

This was Hands down one of the best experiences iv ever had, the location is stunning, the knowledge they had was insane, true experts in there fields, the food was spot on just everything was perfect.

This was my First ever time going on a retreat and i cant explain why but i am just so glad it was this one i ended up going to, i honestly cant see me ever going anywhere else now, i left with the sense of having a new little family and very much healed from my journey, if your on the fence on where to go as a first timer and looking at this one, you cant go wrong, safe, family vibes and professional and just the nicest people you could meet, my days were always full of happieness, chuckels and learning.
