Some words about my session ..
The session I had with Alexandra was such a gift . I was totally empty, creaking, struggling with heavy anxiety and stress. I felt very far away from myself and couldn’t get out of the ditch.
I felt really comfortable with Alexandra and so lucky to meet someone with the knowledge and experience of psychedelics with psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. The timing was also perfect !
The session was a complete surrender to the healing work of the medicine and a journey to the other side where I felt renewed, stronger and clearer. Profound gratitude for the session, Alexandra , the medicine and its power. Writing this 1 week after the session and I’ve been less triggered, I could hold space when I needed to which I didn’t have the capacity the previous week. Feeling the call to return , there is more work to do but so grateful to be able to do that work with such grace and kindness with this medecine and Alexandra ! 🤍🤍🤍
