Mission & Vision
Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit in the paradise that is Costa Rica. This thoughtfully curated experience is designed to bring together like-minded individuals who share a love for wellness, adventure, and connection. We will spend 5 nights 6 days at a beautiful retreat center located in Guanacaste, on the west coast of Costa Rica.
There, you will enjoy daily Yoga and Pilates classes, free time to meditate, journal, bathe in the sun by the pool, visit the beach, get a massage, and so much more.
The trip also includes a group excursion. We will hike to the legendary Rio Celeste, then step off the beaten path to find the stunning waterfall that is Llanos de Cortez.
