Our retreat is located in a stunning beachfront villa that is surrounded by lush tropical jungle and the calming sound of ocean waves.
The villa is surrounded by beautiful jungle, which is home to a variety of wildlife, including howler monkeys. This natural setting creates a peaceful and serene environment, allowing you to relax and let go of stress.

A chef is cooking brunch and dinner every day. The food served is vegetarian (might be fish some evenings also).
Getting Here
This Way, Santa Teresa de Cobano.
Directions
Fly into San Jose or Liberia International Airport. From there you take a domestic flight to Tambor (about 20 min.) From San Jose or Liberia airport you can choose between flying to Tambor airport via either Sansa or Green Airways.
Once you land in Tambor, a Taxi will drive you to Santa Teresa (about 40min scenic drive) in which we will help coordinate.
**We highly recommend you check Green Airways Or Sansa schedule before booking your main flight as you want to make sure when to book your internal flight. ** Feel free to reach out to Julie (julie@thisway.agency) to help coordinating.

Julie Pallesen is a certified yoga teacher and pilates instructor who hosts retreats with a co-host. Each retreat is curated for a specific purpose but overall they are about moving your body, connecting to your breath, being in nature, nourishing your body and being mindfulness.
