Mission & Vision
Our Intention is to provide you the opportunity to heal, restore, rejuvenate, and come back home to yourself while being supported with holistic wellness services and the healing power of horses. When I spend time with horses, I experience a down-regulation in my nervous system. It has a similar effect on my body as when I finish a good workout. I feel a sense of relief in my body simply by spending time with, brushing, petting, exchanging energy and being present with horses. They help us to slow down, be in the present moment, and to be in our body and with our breath. It is a gift to interact with these powerful and majestic creatures, and I wanted to provide that opportunity in the transformative container of a retreat.

Directions
Fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in Alajuela, Costa Rica (double check that you are not not looking at flights for San Jose, California!). We will coordinate airport pick up to get to Esterillos, which is about a 2.5 hour drive.
