The Southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica is blessed with an astounding amount of water springing up from the aquifers high in the mountains in amazing displays of cascading beauty. Among these are the Diamante Falls, Nauyaca Falls, Eco Chontales and Cascada Elysiana.
Dominical, 30 minutes down the mountain, is famous for it's surfing and beautiful beaches line the coast from Jacó down to the Osa Peninsula.

The course location is a haven of peace, in a natural setting, around the primary forest, bordered by magnificent rivers and waterfalls.
You will be able to observe many species of birds, flowers, fruit trees.
The owners of the retreat are attentive to the needs of each participant. the food mainly comes from the farm. The Shala Yoga is perched on a hill and enjoys an incredible view of the valley and the mountain. you have access to the waterfall a 5-minute walk away.
