Mission & Vision

Casa Om follows the idea of Ashram or spiritual community where individuals can come together to live a healthy life style, embodying the practices & techniques as a way of life.

Casa Om Center for Healing Arts is my own house open for semi private retreats to all of those who wish to share my personal yogic life style and experience ancient technologies for consciousness which I have been studying and practicing for over 23 years.

The Kalyani method is an amalgamation of Cristina Kalyani's life long exploration of various philosophies, science, and ancient techniques for self realization.

Embodying technologies for the expansion of consciousness achieving optimal health and integration between body, mind & soul.

Getting Here

Directions

flying from Liberia or San Jose city, best way to get to Santa Teresa beach is through another domestic flight to Cobano city. then a short 30m taxi drive will bring you to Casa Om. Bus or Car Rental is also an option but journy is about six hours long.
