Welcome to \'Yo Soy\'. From our own personal life experiences with Sacred medicine, we are here as brothers creating a safe space for the soul to heal its mind, body and spirit through natural ancient medicine and other healing disciplines within a multidisciplinary retreat for a better life integration.
We bring you retreat into nature, only one hour departing from Santa Fe, Mexico City, to a breathtaking private mountain space surrounded by trees with great mountain views, a beautiful small natural lake and equipped with a spectacular auditorium where guests can have the opportunity to participate in safe natural ceremonies and receive original Sacred Ancient Medicine for spiritual, medical or any other personal purpose.

The Retreat Center is a magic space in the middle of nature, it is located in a mountain surrounded by trees and has a beautiful small private lake.
The place has an amazing Ceremony, Yoga and Meditation building and an outdoor dinning room with a great lake and mountain view.
Beautiful outdoor spaces in the middle of the forest and around the lake are perfect for integration.
Our comfortable spacious shared bedrooms for 5 guests are ideal for a community environment and social interaction.

Directions
At the entrance to Toluca, on the toll highway, you will find the Libramiento Bicentenario through which you will take the cloverleaf road to Tenango.
Continue along the highway, passing two toll booths, to Tenango del Valle. From there you continue to Tenancingo, passing through San Pedro Zictepec and Atlatahuaca.
It is easy to get to Tenancingo using Waze or Google Maps. If you put Hotel Nipaqui or Cinema Colibrí on it, it will take you 5 minutes from La Montaña.
When you get to Tenancingo De Degollado, go straight along the main avenue without turning around. Pass Hotel Nipaqui (in front of the Nipaqui hotel you will find the Colibrí Cinemas) and follow the instructions.
Go straight until you find A MURAL on the left side of the road and turn left right there.
Then you will pass a small church.
The same street leads to a descent in which you will come across some houses and there turn RIGHT.
Continue along the street, after two blocks the cobblestone ends and dirt roads begin.
You will pass through the middle of two nurseries on your sides.
You will turn LEFT at the end of the nursery with white plastic roofs.
You advance about 150 meters and you will turn left.
You go down the path and you will find a wooden gate that is the entrance to La Montaña.
