We mix vegan & vegetarian, raw & cooked, Caribbean and Indian, and let the availability of fresh ingredients dictate the menu. We gather ingredients daily from our own garden and local sources.

Here are our 2023 updates on how to get to ROAM in Bocas Del Toro:
Fly into Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City, Panama.
Transfer to Albrook International Airport (PAC) and fly with Air Panama to Bocas del Toro (BOC).
3 hours in between your international and domestic flights is recommended. Often times, its best to spend one night in the city.
Tickets should be purchased directly from the Air Panama website.
