Some meals will include picnic-style gatherings but for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you will be offered locally-sourced, fresh foods. Coffee, teas, and water are also complimentary.

Directions
There will be a shuttle leaving from Cancun International at 3 PM local time on Arrival Day - October 28th. It is a 2.5 drive from the airport to the retreat center. On Departure Day - November 1st, the shuttle will be leaving at 1 PM local time so please plan your flights accordingly.
