DRIVING
To map approximate directions, search for Sharon Springs, New York. You’ll receive our exact address after you register.
Plan to arrive between 4PM-6PM on Thursday and depart after 9AM on Monday. (You may leave early on Sunday night at 8PM if you wish.)
BUS & TRAIN FROM NYC
From NYC you can take a bus, train, or plane to Albany ($13-$64 each way). Amtrak is our favorite way to travel. From Albany you can get a Lyft to the retreat center for about $100. FLYING INTO ALBANY
The closest airport is Albany, which is 1 hour west of us. You can rent a car once you land. Or follow the Lyft instructions above.
FLYING INTO NYC
The major international airports are Newark (EWR), LaGuardia (LGA), and JFK. Almost every airline on earth flies into one of these. Travel Tip: You can enter NYC as the airport code in many search engines to search all three of these airports at once.
We are located 4 hours north of these airports. You can rent a car or take public transportation to Albany. See the Albany travel instructions above for Lyft details.
Mission & Vision
We chose silent meditation for self healing and surrounded it with activities to make contemplation easier. We include people excluded from other meditation traditions: especially queer, trans, BIPOC, medical ganja patients, and adult industry workers.
