We provide daily breakfast as well as dinner on three evenings. Meals are primarily plant-based, with additional supplementation with eggs and occasional fish. Dietary needs are strictly honored.

Retreat participants receive the address after registration. Our rented property is located in West Sedona, 2 hours from the Phoenix Airport, to and from which we provide transportation during specific windows of time.
