My experience at Holos Global Costa Rica was incredible! Beginning with my first connection with the Holos team to the continued check-ins weeks after my retreat, I felt supported each and every step of the way. Holos was responsive, clear and concise with any questions about logistics/event details. The Holos location is extraordinary. It is a private, tranquil and pristine area in the heart of the Costa Rican rain forrest surrounded by gorgeous waterfalls. Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive throughout my entire stay. I always felt safe and relaxed. The meals were absolutely incredible tailored to any type of dietary restrictions. The retreat facilitators were experts and created a container in which me and the other guests were able to do amazing work with support at all times. I give Holos my highest recommendation and hope others will make the choice to experience this amazing place. Simply, this was positively life-changing.

I took my kids and other family members up for a few days. Everyone had an amazing time. The energy of the land is so healing and the views are awesome. We had a great time swimming in the spring pools and playing at the river. The food was excellent and the accommodations were great. Highly recommend this as a nice blend of adventure and luxury.

This place is truly special. It is surrounded by beauty, simplicity and luxury. Go there to heal, to be, to grow, to cry and to be held.

The weeks leading up to the retreat, I didn’t know what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised with everything Holos had to offer.

Amazing accommodations, the most caring down to earth staff (that I’m happy to call friends), and a professional tightly run ship that was full of fun, healing, and life changing experiences.

I’m already looking forward to coming back next year.

The natural beauty, delicious fresh food, and authenticity of the Holos outfit, left me uplifted and inspired. i highly recommend Holos to anyone seeking a genuine, high caliber retreat centre, which revolves around small groups with top guides and facilitators. The waterfall swimming holes (there are multiple) are truly something else.
