Energy Atelier retreats were founded as private 1:1 retreats to support the mental health and wellbeing of entrepreneurs, founders, leaders and those in service of others to have a sanctuary to take off the daily backpack of responsibilities from their shoulders, while being supported by practical and nourishing wellness tools that can be integrated into the day-to-day, as well as hosting a customised retreat that is truly curated to meet the needs and desired activities for retreat guests.

The Art of Being Retreat is hosted in a beautiful private sanctuary in the premier seaside neighbourhood of Tigne, Sliema, located in the side-street across from much-loved beaches on the beautiful island of Malta. You'll feel at home having access to shared living spaces in the contemporary-renovated classic Maltese maisonette and back garden, as well as your own private bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Directions
If arriving internationally by plane, you will travel to Malta International Airport. Please send your airline booking details once they are confirmed and well ahead of your departure to ensure we arrange your airport transfers to the retreat. You will be greeted by a driver at the airport and receive clear instructions in your onboarding package so you travel with ease.
If arriving internationally by ferry from Sicily, please email me upon booking so we can ensure you are met at the ferry terminal.
All retreats start Monday: checkin 10am and end Saturday: checkout 12 noon.
If you are travelling internationally, it's recommended you arrive in Malta by Sunday afternoon to ensure you check-in to the retreat on Monday morning.
