When you join an ayahuasca retreat the focus is on preparing your body to receive the wisdom. Specifically in the shipibo tradition you do a plant dieta & this means a strict healthy diet.

Directions
The center is located in the Amazon Rainforest of Peru, near a small town called Nauta, in the Iquitos area.
You will be landing in Iquitos Peru airport and will be picked at the airport, we will drive 2 hours to Nauta and then get into the Amazonas with Tuk Tuks.
