As a Health Promotion Specialist, Laura integrates the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga into modern life, providing a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the body-mind-spirit system.
Laura's journey into wellness is deeply personal and rooted in her unique background as a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA). This experience has shaped her commitment to inclusion and accessibility, values that are at the core of everything she does. She works tirelessly to ensure her services are accessible to both Deaf and non-Deaf individuals, promoting access, inclusion, and support within her community.
