Guests can fly to Dharamshala Airport, also known as Gaggal Airport, for convenient access to the retreat venue. Dharamshala Airport is not an international airport, so you will need to change at New Delhi.

Laura is the passionate founder of Mango Wisdom Wellness, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing. As a Health Promotion Specialist, Laura integrates the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga into modern life, providing a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the body-mind-spirit system.
Laura's journey into wellness is deeply personal and rooted in her unique background as a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA). This experience has shaped her commitment to inclusion and accessibility, values that are at the core of everything she does. She works tirelessly to ensure her services are accessible to both Deaf and non-Deaf individuals, promoting access, inclusion, and support within her community.
