Focus & Flow exists to give people space to reset how they work and how they feel. It’s for those who have been carrying too much, doing too much, and quietly holding unfinished projects, ideas, or chapters that never quite get the time or support they need.
We create calm, intentional environments that support clarity, grounding, and gentle momentum, without pressure, performance, or forced transformation. This is a space to slow the nervous system, reconnect with your own rhythm, and work alongside others without losing autonomy.

Directions
Fly into Agadir Airport (AGA) which is about 45 minutes from Tamraght. We help organise airport transfers.
Guests can coordinate shared rides in the WhatsApp group or book a private transfer for 30€.
You can also fly into Marrakech (RAK) and travel by bus or private transfer.
We guide you through the best transport options before arrival.
