Dr. Monica combines her comprehensive training as a Doctor in Psychology and registrated Social Worker, with a deep commitment to relational mindfulness. With 22 years of experience as a therapist, university instructor, and extensive doctoral-level research, she has developed transformative practices to help others live in full expression. Her expertise in self-love, boundaries, emotional and trauma release, and manifesting dreams forms the foundation of this retreat.
