Welcome :) I am so happy you're here. My name is Rachael Freedman, the facilitator & organizer of this retreat. My mission is for you to realize your full potential and be your authentic self – to beYou. The retreat is inspired to support you to connect more deeply to your authenticity and uncover the blocks that are standing your way from fully being you. My background is in trauma-informed yoga therapy, coaching, somatics, Ayurveda, ThetaHealing, Reiki and mindfulness. I specialize in reconnecting you back to your body to access your full potential and move beyond what's holding you back, creating a life that feels truly authentic and fulfilling.

Directions
You will be picked up at the airport or your hotel in Ubud.
The retreat center is private and can only be accessed by foot or motorbike. Your luggage will be transported for you and you have the choice to walk (5-8 minutes) or ride on the back of a motorbike for 2 minutes.
