Welcome to Elevate Yoga Retreats, the perfect blend of relaxation, rejuvenation, fun and adventure! We are the hosts and founders, Helen and Kat. Avid travellers, we met in Goa and endeavoured to follow our dreams and passions of holding space for people to come together and enjoy yoga, good food, forge new friendships and be challenged.
