Thai Massage & Bodywork is based in Marquette, Michigan, but travels throughout the U.S., Canada, and Costa Rica, teaching group and private continuing-ed courses as well as giving bodywork and breathwork sessions.
Our specialties are compression-focused Thai Massage, Thai Abdominal Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, Self-Massage, and Breathwork. Exploring, opening, and restructuring the body and breath are powerful tools for making lasting changes in our physical and mental bodies. In short, we aim to provide the space and opportunity for opening and healing on all levels, and for all ages and capabilities. Our motivation is to help people move through this world with awareness, grace, integrity, and a bigger smile.

This year, we are thrilled to offer our retreat in the lush foothills of the Chirripo Mountain Reserve. Located at an elevation of 4000 ft, along the banks of the pristine Talari River, the cool nights, warm days, and lush natural environment create a perfect setting for opening, learning, and relaxing. The Finca Mia healing retreat center is surrounded by rainforest for secluded tranquility, yet graced by a vibrant community of amazing people.

Directions
Book your own flight to San Jose Airport. From there we have group transportation to/from San Jose to Finca Mia on Nov 16th and Nov 24th. This is a 4 hour, shared van ride through the beautiful, mountainous countryside. NOTE: If you choose to travel on days other than the 16th or the 24th, you are responsible for your transportation costs.
