The retreat will explore personal growth through the lens of Ancient Wisdom Traditions, integrating grounded holistic lifestyle practices to bring these "shifts" home. The program includes work with the 7 chakras and 5 elements, a variety of yoga styles (Yin, Vinyasa, and Kundalini) in the yoga soup, introductory stages of qi cultivation through qi gong, and ecstatic somatic dance.

Brisa Bahía will help you arrange everything after your booking, so you can just relax and enjoy the ride.
They recommend you book your flight to José María Córdova International Airport (MDE) in Medellin one day before the retreat and one day after the retreat (round trip June 5th-14th is suggested) .
From Medellin, you take a local airline the next morning to Capurganá or Acandí and short boat ride to the resort. They will send you detailed logistics after you book your space. There will also be a WhatsApp group chat for everyone to meet virtually and perhaps organize travel together.
