My wandering spirit, and love for travel led me to the small surf town of Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica in the summer of 2016. This retreat is a love letter to that journey, crafted from a tapestry of moments and memories gathered over my 8-year romance with this little corner of heaven on Earth. I lived full time for 3 of those years in Puerto Viejo, & those were some of the best moments of my life. There's an indescribable kind of magic that speaks directly to the heart. The Uplift Retreat brings like minded individuals to scenic destinations, Inspired by wanderlust, and the transformative power of self discovery. This vibrant jungle oasis is enveloped by ancient trees, colorful flowers, stunning beaches, and fascinating wildlife. Sonora Jungle Retreat is located along the black sand beaches of Playa Negra, within a quiet residential area. It has an onsite fully equipped yoga shala, massage room, salt water pool. hammocks, and restaurant.

Directions
The cost of the trip includes a private airplane transfer from San Jose to Limon, Costa Rica. A shuttle transfer is also included from the airport to the retreat center.
