About The Cocoon Healing Retreat

Mission & Vision

The Cocoon exists to hold people through the shedding. Rooted in the sacred landscape of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, we create space for what is tired, buried, fractured, or over-carried to finally exhale.

The Cocoon exists as a sacred space for deep renewal, rooted in the living medicine of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. We hold people through the shedding… of what has become too heavy, too hidden, or no longer true. Here, healing is not performance. It is remembrance. Through nature, ceremony, and intentional care, we support the return to body, spirit, and inner knowing. Surrounded by volcanic beauty, still water, and the quiet mystery of this land, our vision is to offer more than retreat… we create a living container where people can soften, unravel, and come home to their essence.

Atitlán is a volcanic crater lake surrounded by three volcanoes and the highlands of indigenous Tz'utujil and Kaqchikel Maya territory. The land holds ceremony in its bones.
