Our retreat is located 10 minutes from the beautiful breath-taking beaches and Caribbean sea . We have the option of accommodation on site and also provide other stunning options for all budgets and tastes, close to the ocean. We are surrounded by a bounty of natural beauty to help you surrender into quiet and peace as well as being close to the buzzing walking street of 5th avenue complete with all types of restaurants , museums , and attractions.
We offer a full range of restorative and realigning therapies unique to Life Synergy. Our nutrient enriched pre-biotic diet , full of beneficial enzymes, b-vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids combined with vitamin and mineral rich meals, smoothies, snacks and juices will leave you feeling abundant in vitality . Our meditation and yoga classes are sure to help you delve into the peace and inner calm which is always present in your soul. We offer exclusive excursions to stunning locations such as cenotes, waterfalls and can take you swimming with turtles. Massage, invigorating and radiance boosting facials and bio-dynamic breath work combined with restorative alignment and pranayama are all a part of this transformational experience.

Our menu is bursting with specially crafted meals rich in minerals and vitamins , anti-inflammatory and probiotic ingredients . We make, source and prepare all of our meals at the retreat. We cater for vegans , vegetarians and all other dietary requirements or preferences . Finding us couldn't be easier and we would be happy to help with transportation to and from the airport in Cancun or Playa del Carmen .
From Cancun airport there are shuttles which run directly to Playa del Carmen every hour. They are comfortable , air conditioned and cost $10 each way. The duration is around 50 minutes.
