Now more than ever, I believe in the power of community to bring us together. That love is the antidote to fear, chaos, and uncertainty. The study and practice of yoga has been life-shifting for me—it has held me through my lowest moments and lifted me toward my deep inner knowing. In this retreat offering, I’m bringing all of myself to create an experience where you can show up fully as you are.
I’ve been dreaming of this kind of gathering for over five years. Long before I became a yoga teacher, I felt called to bring women together—to share in joy, to create meaningful connection, and to offer what I know of healing and love. I hope you'll join me!
