About Brazil Jungle Trek: Ilha Grande
Brazil Jungle Trek: Ilha Grande
Mission & Vision
My name is Aniko Puhova, I’m a certified fitness coach, retreat facilitator, and passionate traveler.
I designed this retreat for those who want more than just a vacation — something deeper, more challenging, and more transformative.
With years of experience leading groups through movement, nature, and self-discovery, my goal is to create a space where people can reconnect with their strength, clarity, and joy — through nature, connection, and adventure.

Venue & Amenities
This retreat takes place across one of Brazil’s most magical landscapes — Ilha Grande, a car-free island paradise just a few hours from Rio de Janeiro.
We stay in local guesthouses along the coast and camp under the stars by the ocean, surrounded by rainforest, waterfalls, and wild beaches.
You’ll fall asleep to the sound of waves or jungle frogs, and wake up with the sun.
No fancy spa. No distractions. Just nature, simplicity, and soul.
Highlights:
Cozy guesthouses in charming coastal villages

Getting Here
Directions
The nearest international airport is Rio de Janeiro (GIG – Galeão Airport).
All guests should arrive in Rio by December 8, and spend the night in the city (hotel not included). I’ll recommend places to stay so we’re all in the same area.
On December 9, we’ll travel together via private van (approx. 3 hours) and boat transfer to reach our retreat base on Ilha Grande a car-free island paradise.
If you need help booking a driver, Uber, or SIM card for arrival, I’ve got you. Just message me.
