Through years of sitting in, and guiding, medicine spaces, we’ve witnessed firsthand the immense need for true integration, and how rare meaningful support in this area can be. We each bring very different skills to the table, and we hold deep respect for one another’s skills. Together, we’ve woven our knowledge into a powerful, well-rounded approach to integration and long-term growth – balancing deep analysis, playfulness, and grounded discipline. We've created this program to help turn peak experiences into lasting change. It is unlike anything else we’ve seen, and we believe it is much needed today.

We provide you with vegetarian/vegan meals including breakfast, snacky lunch and a wholesome dinner. Breakfast is served buffet style, lunch is rather snacky and dinner is warm and home-cooked.

Directions
Our retreat location is one hour’s drive from Copenhagen, or less than two hours by public transport (train + bus). If you choose to come by public transport, we will pick you up from the bus station – and take you there after the retreat. If you travel internationally and want to avoid flying, BlablaCar and Flixbus are great options as well.
