Tamala Floyd "The Living Ancestor" is a self-discovery practice where I work with women of color, specifically Black women, to heal generational trauma through ancestral connection and Internal Family Systems. My retreats offer an immersive journey, inviting women to disconnect from daily demands and reconnect with themselves and a nurturing community. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to facilitate deep healing, draw from ancestral wisdom, foster self-discovery, and cultivate powerful connections.
