Mission & Vision
Soulful Retreats are more than just a week away. I design each one to lovingly nourish the feminine energy within us, allowing it to flourish through creativity, movement, nourishing food, deep rest, and a touch of adventure. I created these retreats because I couldn’t find the kind of travel I longed for — connection, being seen, and feeling truly at peace. As a women’s coach, I saw how deeply women need a physical space to release. These retreats are for women who love travel but are done with exhausting holidays. If you’re craving depth, wellness, culture, self-love, and sisterhood, you’re in the right place.

This very special retreat is across 2 locations. We spend 4 nights in a stunning luxury country villa, 1 hour from Barcelona airport, followed by 2 exciting nights in the vibrant city of Barcelona, with balcony views over Paseo De Gracia, one of the most beautiful streets in the city.
