About this Retreat
I believe that my work can help anyone find the personal path that leads to more happiness and abundance.
I want to share with you the gifts of methods and practices that changed my own life in a way that i have never imagined could be possible.
After studying Communication Design i started my professional career in the field of media, video production, graphic design and advertising. But i never felt my soul arrived. I loved being creative but i also had the strong desire to make a meaningful difference in life. I felt something is missing and i had phases of depression.
The journey into Yoga began. I became a teacher and over the years certified in 2 different styles of yoga, Anusara Yoga and Sampoorna Yoga I studied with world-known teachers and schools like ISTA (the international school of temple arts) and with Thomas Young and Gabrielle Orr and Marisa Peer.
I opened and let 2 yogaschools in my hometown Düsseldorf, moved to Sardinia and created Balaiana Eco Retreat, a center for spiritual practices and selfdiscovery.
During the covid times wherein was not possible to host groups in Sardinia i had to close my center and i now collaborate with beautiful locations in my area to host my retreats. My next own project is Villa Akasha, that i am actually building- a retreat-place for holistic healing and transformational retreats in the north of Sardinia.

A retreat to slow down, recharge and gain clarity
THE SPACE BETWEEN is a 5-day retreat in Northern Sardinia about connection — the inner and the outer.
Through daily yoga, meditation, and guided coaching, you’ll explore how your emotional world shapes the way you relate, communicate, and connect.
Each morning begins with mindful movement and meditation, followed by a focused coaching session.
You’ll work with themes such as self-relationship, emotional patterns, authenticity, and connection — always in a grounded, practical way.
Afternoons are for nature and quiet reflection: coastal walks, stillness by the sea, a visit to sacred sites like Li Mizzani, or relaxed time to simply pause and integrate.
Evenings bring shared dinners, soft connection, and the easy rhythm of island life.
This retreat is for anyone who wants to understand themselves and others more deeply — not through concepts, but through presence, experience, and honest conversation.
Come as you are. Leave with more clarity, simplicity, and connection.
