About this Retreat
Sheryn is a certified Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healing Practitioner, Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, and Life Coach, devoted to guiding others through deep healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Her work blends powerful energetic modalities with grounded, real-life integration to support lasting change.
Rooted in lived experience, Sheryn’s path into healing was forged through her own journey of addiction, trauma, and profound personal awakening. Now sober for 11 years, she has committed herself fully to spiritual growth, emotional healing, and conscious living. This lived wisdom allows her to hold a deeply compassionate, non-judgmental space for others walking their own healing paths.
Known as a master manifestor, Sheryn helps participants reconnect to their inner power, regulate their nervous systems, and align with clarity, purpose, and self-trust. Her approach is intuitive yet structured, nurturing yet empowering—guiding guests back to their truth, resilience, and capacity to create meaningful change from the inside out.
Myles Matchett is a certified Recovery Coach, intuitive drummer, and grounded leader devoted to supporting deep personal healing—especially for men ready to reconnect with their truth and inner strength. His work is rooted in lived experience, having walked his own path through addiction and trauma and emerging with clarity, purpose, and resilience.
Myles brings a powerful, steady presence that helps others feel seen, safe, and accepted exactly as they are. He specializes in guiding people to recognize their inherent beauty and worth, often helping men step into authentic leadership, emotional awareness, and self-respect for the first time.
Through intuitive drum journeys, Myles facilitates profound somatic and emotional release, using rhythm as a bridge to presence, grounding, and inner wisdom. His approach is honest, compassionate, and deeply embodied—offering a supportive container for transformation, integration, and renewed self-connection.
Oscar Martinez, known as Sanken Bea, is a Shaman Ayahuasquero named by an Amazonian tribe. He has spent many years in Peru studying with the Shipibo-Conibo lineage, learning directly from his teachers in the Amazon—both the plant medicines and the people who carry their wisdom—while honoring the sacred traditions of this ancestral work.
Over the past decade, Oscar has undergone numerous intensive initiations and dietas, dedicating his life to prayer, discipline, and service. He has safely facilitated ceremonies for over 1,500 people internationally, working with Ayahuasca, as well as other traditional Amazonian medicines. His ceremonies are guided by a deep devotion to healing, humility, and the intention of supporting the collective awakening of humanity.
The Ayahuasca Oscar serves is prepared by a family he knows personally in the Peruvian Amazon. The medicine is made with great care, prayer, and integrity, using only two traditional ingredients: the ayahuasca vine and chacruna. Cooked over four days and five nights, it is infused with the family’s prayers for healing and self-remembrance, ensuring a medicine that is fresh, clean, and of the highest quality.
Planeta is a deeply intuitive and compassionate yoga instructor with a gift for creating safe, nurturing spaces for healing and reconnection. With a focus on gentle, restorative movement, her classes are designed to support integration of the plant medicine experience—helping participants soften back into their bodies, release emotional tension, and return to a sense of grounded presence. Through breath, stillness, and mindful movement, Planeta gently guides each person back to themselves with care and reverence.
Grandma Lany is the heart of our retreat kitchen, lovingly preparing every meal from her abundant organic garden. A wise and nurturing soul, she infuses her food with care, tradition, and deep respect for the healing journey. Her purely vegetarian meals are not only absolutely delicious—they’re also fully aligned with ayahuasca and bufo dieta guidelines, nourishing your body and spirit without ever leaving you missing meat. Beyond the kitchen, Grandma Lany shares her deep knowledge of cacao as a sacred plant medicine and will be guiding one of our cacao ceremonies with warmth, love, and ancient wisdom.
